Internals Committee
The Internals Committee is concerned with all issues inside the organization. The following guidelines are strictly followed by the committee (as cited in the constitution):
1. The Committee shall be responsible for monitoring the performance of the active
members regarding the organization’s activities (e.g. attendance, participation, etc.).
2. It shall set criteria and/or guidelines for application, acceptance, impeachment and
expulsion, other than those already stated in this Constitution, upon the majority
approval of the Executive Committee and the General Assembly.
3. It shall be responsible for recruitment, membership application and membership
renewals.
4. It shall also provide a membership status report when deemed necessary.
5. It shall undertake responsibilities regarding planning, scheduling, initiating, and
coordinating of all social and recreational activities of the organization.
6. It shall be responsible for providing and updating the organization’s directory.
The welfare of the Pugadeers is the main concern of the committee. A stable and well kept internal relationship among the PUGAD members is key to keeping the warmth alive even through the rainy season! The Internals Committee!
