Finance Committee
The Finance Committee is responsible for the funds of the organization. All things concerning money - generation or transaction - the Finance Committee is the committee! The following guidelines are strictly followed by the committee (as cited in the constitution):
1. This committee shall be made responsible for the organization’s fund-raising
projects.
2. It shall also be responsible for any financial collections, purchases, and safekeeping
for the organization
3. It shall provide a financial report when deemed necessary.
4. It shall prepare the annual and project budget proposal as needed.
5. It shall set fees to be paid by members
The organization may not always be rich in money but PUGAD will always be rich in friends and laughter!
